The National Garden Country Club offers members comprehensive privileges including golf, dining, accommodation, and shopping.

  • Golf Discounts:
    • Accumulated Benefits: Members who hit the ball for the tenth time during each visit enjoy a free green fee.
    • Continuing Play Benefits: Enjoy free green fees for 18-hole rounds as well.
    • Privileges for Members Over 70: Members over 70 enjoy free green fees for every visit.
    • Exclusive Birthday Gift: Receive a free green fee voucher during your birthday month, and guests in your group can enjoy member guest prices.
    • VIP Member Discount Price: Guests invited by members can enjoy special prices of $3,000 on weekdays and $3,355 on weekends. (Note: this price is for guest fees)
  • Facility and Course Discount:
    • Dining Discount:Members dining at the club restaurant receive a 10% discountexcluding large events and banquets with more than 10 tables.

II. Member Handicap Inquiry

This system aims to help members track their personal golf handicap index:

  • System Integration: The handicap inquiry function will be based onLink MethodLink to the club's designated external system.
  • Calculation Method: The system will calculate based on your best performance differences. At least 3 scores are needed for calculation; if there are more than 20 scores, the lowest 8 differences' average will be used.
  • Course Handicap Formula: Course Handicap = Handicap Index × (Slope Rating ÷ 113) + (Course Rating – Par).
  • Professional Explanation: The Handicap Index represents golf ability; the lower the value, the better the skill. This calculation is for personal practice reference only; official competitions require scores to be submitted through an authorized club.

3. Member Activity News

The club hosts major annual tournaments and exchange activities to strengthen member camaraderie:

    • National Member Welcome Tournament
  • Other Activities: Including regularly held overseas exchange golf events and golf academy courses.

 

4. Member Team Information

To enhance interaction among members, the club has established exclusive member teams:

5. Member Reservation

Please note current function adjustments and reservation regulations:

  • Reservation Rules:
    • 1. Please observe golf etiquette and wear appropriate sports attire.

      2. Check in 30 minutes before tee-off, and arrive at the starting point 10 minutes early to prepare for departure.

      3. Follow the 'slow play, fast pace' principle; play without causing delays, and complete 18 holes within 4 hours and 30 minutes.

      4. Teams should submit the attendance list three days in advance, and provide the groupings and room assignments the day before play.

      5. When reservations are full on the day, walk-ins are not allowed to play. Late arrivals will be scheduled to start at the first available slot at the tee.

      6. Additional groups added on the day must be confirmed based on current reservations and play status.

      7. Players who do not complete 18 holes must pay the full green fee and caddy fee; this does not apply to weekday morning 9-hole packages.

      8. Weekend play requires at least three players; groups with fewer than three players must be arranged at the starting point before playing.

      9. Please present coupons or credit card discounts at check-in; changes cannot be made after play begins.

      10. If using a golf voucher, fax the voucher list to the course the day before; same-day changes or acceptance are not available.

      11. Drone use is prohibited: Without course approval, personnel (including players and caddies) are not allowed to use any drone equipment to ensure safety and privacy.

      12. Photography requires permission: Influencers or content creators must obtain approval before filming or producing related media on the course.

      13. Control volume when using sound equipment: Players bringing their own sound devices should monitor volume levels to avoid disturbance and maintain course quality.

      14. No pets allowed on the course: Players and caddies are prohibited from bringing pets to prevent accidents and injuries.
