2. Reservation policies
* All room rates are based on double occupancy. An additional charge applies for a third person, according to on-site rates.
* For phone or on-site reservations: a deposit of $1,000 is required to confirm the booking.
* Full deposit refund if canceled 14 days (inclusive) before check-in.
* 70% of the deposit refunded if canceled 7–13 days before check-in.
* 50% of the deposit refunded if canceled 2–6 days before check-in.
* 20% of the deposit refunded if canceled 1 day before check-in.
* No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
* In case of natural disasters announced by the government (typhoon, earthquake, transportation disruption, etc.), rescheduling or cancellation will be handled according to regulations.
* Please proactively contact the reservation team after the announcement to confirm procedures.
* A handling fee of $30 will be charged for all refunds.
3. Other regulations:
* Smoking is prohibited inside the room.
* Please store valuables in the in-room safe. The hotel is not responsible for any loss.
* When checking out, please return the room key card. A fee of 200 NT dollars will be charged for each lost card.
* Extra bed policy; the fee of 1,500 NT dollars includes both the extra bed and breakfast, so no additional charge applies.
