Chef Cai from Hong Kong, deeply influenced by Cantonese cuisine from a young age, excels at interpreting authentic Cantonese dishes with exquisite craftsmanship. He has studied Sichuan, Shandong, Huaiyang, and other cuisines over the years, blending diverse flavors to create a unique culinary style.

After settling in Taiwan, he skillfully uses local ingredients, combining seasonal flavors with modern techniques to create innovative yet traditionally rooted modern Taiwanese Cantonese cuisine.

The In-store is located inside the National Garden Country Club golf course.INThe store is a seasonal Chinese restaurant offering specialty Chinese dishes. Besides various beverages, main courses, snacks, and soups such as Hong Kong-style braised pork rice, signature tiger-bite pork bun, signature fresh milk almond drink, red bean soup, there are also hidden seasonal dishes like sesame oil chicken soup and sesame oil chicken vermicelli in winter. Golfers can choose according to their preferences.
