A celebration of a mother’s love at National Golf Country Club
As part of our celebration for all mothers, the Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant will be having a Mother’s Day promotion from May 1-9. This Mother’s Day, show your filial piety by treating all mummies to a delicious meal.
Give all mummies a break from their daily grind and show her your love for everything that she has done with a special treatthis Mother’s Day. There are two specially designed menus for you to choose from at the Four Seasons Chinese restaurant.
The NT$6,888 menu features an exquisite spread that includes steamed fish sauce sea grouper, Hong Kong-style steamed dumplings, Brazilian mushrooms and Australian beef, chicken stewed noodles, handmade desert cakes and a fresh fruit platter while the NT$8,888 menu will include a delectable Hong Kong-styleplatter that consists of fried shrimps, scallops, steamed fish sauce, stewed chicken soup, barbecued pork, handmade desert cakes and a fresh fruit platter.
Cai Wenhong, the Hong Kong chef of the Four Seasons Chinese Restaurant at the National Golf Country Club and specialises in Cantonese, Hunan, Sichuan, Taiwan and Chinese cuisines, said: "Mother's Day falls in May which is already summer. They are many delicious specialities from our cuisine and menu. Among them include the fresh fish and rice noodle soup where the soup base is made from fish bones. It is very nourishing and delicious for the elderly and children.
"We have also created another dish is the Golden Fresh Sea Shrimp Pao Fan where the soup is carefully boiled from fresh shrimps to provide a nourishing base, beneficial for health especially amid this ongoing pandemic.”
Pre-order these special menu before May 1. All orders will include free-flow of orange juice and a six-inch mother’s day cake. During the event period, anyone who booked a special event for Mother's Day in the Four Seasons Hall and spent more than NT 6,888 will also receive an exquisite Mother’s Day bath set.
To create a pleasant dining experience and as part of health and safety measurements, more halls will be opened and expanded. Diners can also enjoy their meals at the terrace area which oversees the 18th hole.
Apart from the Mother’s Day celebetations at National Golf Country Club, the Gusto Western restaurant will also launch the South East Asia Festival from April 1 to August 31, where members and guests can enjoy Southeast Asian Food without going abroad.
Diners can also choose to have their meals at the poolside dining where the outdoor swimming pool is located.
