Our wedding reception team will make your dream comes true and give a unique and unforgettable wedding in a lovely and romantic environment, just like the one seen in movies. Welcome to inquire about our full wedding planning and counseling services.
● Wedding usher(s) and guest welcoming posters.
● Bridal secretary
   Aside from providing food and drinks for the wedding reception and giving reminders of the flow the the wedding, we will also help to bride with her train.
● There is a special team that will help you organize the flow of the wedding ceremony and reception and they will be there for managing the site as well as the event.
   We provide professional wedding planning service to help you well control the time and quality, which are important for a perfect wedding.
● A bridal suite is available on the day of the wedding.
   The bride can use the cozy and comfortable bridal suite for changing. A bathroom is part of the suite. Beverages, snacks, a simple meal will be available.

High quality equipment and professional decoration
● Reception are decoration
   A professional team will work on decorating the photo-taking area (with a main theme) at the wedding.
   We will provide a frame for holding the photo of the bride and the groom and a small round table for placing the wedding album.
   A table for guests sign-in, a wedding gift log book, and wedding thank-you cards will be available as well.
● Wedding banquet decoration
   We will provide the flower arrangement for the table of the newlyweds, decorate the newlywed's table and chairs, and provide high-quality menu cards for the newlywed's table.
   For other tables, each table will also have a standard menu cards.
● High quality equipment
   Audio equipment, two microphones, a stage, red carpets, a projector and a projection curtain are available.

Thoughtful gifts
● We offer free parking for wedding guests.
● We provide two bottles of red wines at the wedding banquet and unlimited juice (on site only, no take-out).
● We provide a bowl of cocktail at the guest reception area.
● We provide wedding chocolates and goodbye candies.
● We prepare gifts for the newlywed to give to the guests when entering into the banquet hall for the second time.
● We give a 50% off for sampling dishes to be served at the banquet (for 12 people, down payment required).
● Newlywed making room reservation before the wedding can enjoy a 70% off for three rooms (50% off for the fourth room and so on)

※ This special offer is limited to a reservation of 15 tables or more. A reservation for less than 14 tables or less, please contact us for alternative offers.
※ If the newlywed prefers to serve their own wine and beverages, a corkage fee will be charged ($300 per bottle for an alcohol content of 10% or less; $500 per bottle for an alcohol content of 10% or above).
※ The above price is for ten people per table, and to enjoy the special offer, the newlywed has to confirm the number of tables guaranteed, which cannot be changed three days before the banquet, and the newlywed will be charged based on the number of table guaranteed when making the reservation.
※ No rain check for tables reserved but not required. Food and beverages for the table(s) can be taken home or enjoyed later in the evening.
※ Free wines offered at the reception have to be consumed on site and cannot be taken out or exchanged for cash or other merchandise.
※ If the newlywed requests a third party to decorate the site or to organize activities, please do not damage the interior design or use any sparklers, fireworks, or confetti poppers, or the client has to compensate NGCC for relevant losses.
※ For your safety, please do not enter the golf course for taking photographs. It can be dangerous.
※ NGCC reserves the right to change or terminate the event at any time.
